First of all I would like to start off by saying that this is the embodiment of pure excellence. This photograph just brings back memories of my depressing, teen years. Looking at this makes me over flow with emotion.

Now, let's get to the critique... Let's start off by counting all of the things that are perfect: Lighting, Atmostphere, The fence in the middle, If it were me, I would have tried to get a shot, while standing on the fence, so that the fence could be seen going right through the center of the photo. Another thing I might suggest is editing it some more using photoshop, just to see the kind of things you could come up with. I know one in particular that you could try.
Duplicate the image and use Gaussian blur at 1.5 px and set it to lighten. Other than that, I don't think there is any room for improvement. Hopefully this critique will inspire others to critique this deviation as well.
